What is maximum occupancy?

Our maximum guest count is 80 people.

When is my deposit due?

Your deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your date.

When is my rental fee due?

Rental fees are due at least 7 days before your event.

Can I set up a tour of the space?

Where do guests park during my event?

There are parking spaces on both sides of Peoria St available for, as well as on the square or at the courthouse.

What if I need to cancel my event?

All cancellations need to be submitted via email to brickhouse@brickhousestudioevents.com - please review our cancellation policy | menu > rental info > cancellation policy

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits can be refundable if the deposit refund criteria is met. Please review this by going to menu > rental info > deposit refund criteria
