Deposit refund criteria

All of the following criteria needs to be met in order to receive your deposit back

No Damages to Brickhouse Studio + Events

Including but not limited to floors, walls, doors, windows, appliances, curtains, wall decor, linens, tables + chairs

General Clean Up

Wipe down surface areas, sweep, remove decorations + take out trash

Follows The Cancellation Policy

Please review the cancellation policy

A $75 deposit is required to hold your date & will be used as a security deposit in the event that the venue is left with damages
